Governor of New York, Finally Legalise Marijuana in the State

Governor of New York City, (Andrew Cuomo) and New York Law maker have finally agreed to legalise Marijuana in the State.

• The Law is opening Door for House to house Delivery and also allowing deacons to grow their own limited number of pot plant.
